The Hicks Babies: Research Strategies for Adoptees

In the 1950s and 60s, Dr T.J. Hicks placed hundreds of newborns in black market adoptions. The so-called “Hicks babies” are now using DNA to reunite with their biological families. These case studies will cover the research strategies used for real-life reunions of some of the Hicks babies.
